Refunds

Last drafted 2026-08-12. Digital content is different from physical goods under UK law, so here's exactly what applies and why.

The 14-day right, and the waiver

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content — like the music on Pressed — that right ends early the moment delivery starts, but only if you've expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged you're giving up the cancellation right (regulation 37).

That's what the checkbox at checkout does. Every purchase requires it: you tick it, you get the release straight away — in your collection immediately, receipt signed and in your wallet within seconds — and the 14-day cancellation right is waived for that purchase from that moment. It's recorded on the purchase itself, timestamped, alongside the acceptance.

Faulty files

The waiver above doesn't touch your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a file is genuinely faulty — corrupted, wrong track, doesn't match what was listed — contact us and we'll fix it or refund it. That's not a courtesy, it's the law, and we honour it either way.

Monthly support subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your wallet. Cancelling stops future billing; the current billing period stays active until it ends. Past payments already made aren't refunded except where required by law — each one has already issued a signed receipt and counted toward your tier.

Unauthorised purchases

If a purchase on your account wasn't made by you, contact us straight away and we'll investigate.
